We are looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of Functional Analyst and Internal Software Product Manager. This position is crucial to ensure that our internal software applications meet user needs and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Define vision and strategy for internal software products in collaboration with product committees;
• Manage the full product lifecycle from conception through implementation and maintenance;
• Prioritize features and improvements aligned with user needs and business goals;
• Coordinate with development and support teams to ensure high-quality product delivery;
• Analyze user feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to identify enhancement opportunities;
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and document functional and technical specifications;
• Collaborate with developers, perform functional testing, and validate implemented solutions.
