The Offer

Help customers resolve technical problems associated with the products or services
Assist clients on the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner
Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
Identify, study and propose a solution for the technical issue
Provide good customer service, making sure the client is always happy once the interaction is finished
Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service
Be up to date with all developments in the technical area of work, to ensure you are always informed!

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English
Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
Strong in phone calls, email writing and social media
