Qualificações

  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Expérience en support client et familiarité avec un CRM est un plus.
  • Capacité à multitâcher et à gérer son temps efficacement.

Responsabilidades

  • Assurer la médiation entre hôtels et fournisseurs.
  • Assister les clients par téléphone, e-mail et autres canaux.

The Offer:

  • Assure mediation between hotels and suppliers
  • Assist customer by the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner.
  • Offer assistance on purchases and products catalog
  • Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
  • Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
  • Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished.
  • Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English
  • Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
  • Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
  • Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
  • Salary package with performance bonuses
