The Offer:

  • Assist clients on the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner
  • Help the customers to resolve their doubts about the online services
  • Guide the customers through the website
  • Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
  • Identify, study and propose a solution for the technical issue
  • Provide good customer service, making sure the client is always happy once the interaction is finished
  • Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service
  • Be up to date with all developments in the technical area of work, to ensure you are always informed!

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in French and intermediary level in English«
  • Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
  • Sales background is a plus
  • Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
  • Strong in phone calls, email writing and social media
  • Salary package with performance bonuses
  • Accommodation provided for a special fee
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (Shift included between 9am and 7pm)
