About the role

What you'll do
  • Provide financial analysis and accounting support to a specific division or product, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Support the development of financial forecast models to aid senior management in decision-making and business strategy execution.
  • Ensure financial activities comply with standards and that project results meet quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
  • Monitor firm performance and provide evidence to support schedule changes, sales incentives, cost adjustments, or resource changes.
  • Participate in strategic projects to improve revenue and cost management, and enhance internal/external reporting.
  • Enhance regional/segment profitability and support financial results presentation and reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices for revenue recognition and financial control.
What you'll need
  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with 2-3 years' experience in strategic consulting or controlling.
  • Mathematical background with experience in capital/liquidity requirements or Treasury/Trading analytics in financial institutions is a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Business Partnering: Ability to collaborate across departments and influence decisions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate financial insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and developing solutions.
