The Offer:

  • Conduct example assessments to check for adherence to customer criteria.
  • Recognize certain results and trends, implement data studies and act accordingly;
  • Leveraging a project-based approach to work;
  • Manage and analyse large amounts of data from a range of sources using business intelligence processes in order to create reports for stakeholders;
  • Write reports to analyse the team's performance, output, efficacy, etc. Communicate with management how to reduce inefficiencies;
  • Monitor calls, chats and emails to ensure quality and consistency of the processes;
  • Work with the training team to monitor the compliance according to companys policies. Make the suggested modifications.

Requirements:

  • Fluency Dutch and excellent communication skills in English;
  • Experience in quality or a call centre environment (would be a plus);
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication;
  • Skills in google tools: Docs, Slides, Spreatsheets, etc.
  • Salary package with performance bonuses;
