Are you passionate about driving efficiency and building strong supplier partnerships? If so, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional to join our team and play a key role in optimising procurement processes.

Whatyou’ll do

In this dynamic role, you’ll identify cost‑saving opportunities, manage and enhance supplier relationships both in the UK and overseas, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You’ll also:

  • evaluate alternative suppliers to increase value and reduce supply risk
  • monitor supplier performance expectations to meet cost, quality and efficiency goals
  • build strong, long‑term relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and trust
  • assist in negotiating pricing, T&Cs and service agreements to meet business requirements and compliance standards
  • align supplier activities with the business needs and programme timelines
  • maintain SharePoint database, product documentation and financial tracking information, ensuring all documentation is up to date and stored appropriately
  • support the preparation of presentations to the wider business and the Senior Leadership Team.
What you’ll need

Experience in supplier management and procurement is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities at all levels.

You’ll also need:

  • good negotiation and communication skills
  • analytical mindset and commercial acumen
  • strong organisational and administration skills
  • to be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • experience in supplier management systems, specifically COINS and SharePoint
  • strategic thinking with a problem‑solving mindset
  • flexible and adaptable to change
  • an independent self‑starter with a positive “can‑do” approach.
