Natixis CIB Milan Branch: Real Estate & Hospitality team -Natixis CIB’s Milan professionals offer comprehensive solutions, working alongside the bank’s global teams. The Milan branch is a leading bank in the Real Estate market. In Italy, Natixis CIB offers Real Estate and Hospitality financing through a dedicated and specialized team.
As part of the Real Estate & Hospitality team, the candidate will work with junior and senior investment bankers supporting the real estate activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Interest in real estate and hospitality finance and investment banking, acquired through studies and previous internships
• Critical thinking, business acumen and strong attention to details
• Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent ability to work in teams
• 5 years (at least) experience in banking and knowledge of commercial real estate analysis and valuation
• Fluency in both English and Italian (written and verbal) is essential
