POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an attentive and service-driven Pool Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our pool area is a pristine, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, maintaining poolside cleanliness, and attending to guests' needs to create an unforgettable resort experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests by offering towels, setting up lounge chairs, and ensuring all their needs are met while at the pool.
• Pool Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including water testing and ensuring all safety measures are in place.
• Towel & Lounge Management: Ensure an adequate supply of clean towels and properly arranged lounge chairs, creating a visually appealing and organized poolside atmosphere.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure that the pool area is safe, clean, and properly sanitized at all times, responding promptly to any issues or guest concerns.
• Beverage & Snack Service: Assist in delivering food and beverages to poolside guests, coordinating with the resort’s F&B team to ensure timely and courteous service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the guest services and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the pool area, addressing any special requests from guests.
• Monitor Pool Usage: Keep an eye on guest behavior around the pool, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and respond to any incidents or emergencies with composure and professionalism.
