We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to be the foundational pillar of the EMEA Sales team in our business. With unique opportunities to shape the direction of the company and help build our Commercial team, if you’re passionate about taking yourself, Dexory, and the logistics industry to the next level, then you are who we’re looking for.
We have outrageously big plans for the next 24 months and beyond so you will need to exponentially grow our pipeline, strategically manage sales while also setting up our rapidly growing Sales team. You build credibility quickly, are a true coach and mentor and you help your team to be great at winning new accounts while also expanding across the enterprise. You are passionate about growing yourself and others and understanding what motivates them. Previous experience in start-ups would give you a head start in understanding the complexities of an early stage business.
