This is a full-time, flexitime role ideal for creative and technically skilled developers who want to take ownership of dynamic healthcare websites and contribute to a company making a real impact. Role Summary

As a Web Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s websites. You’ll work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to enhance performance, SEO, design, automation, and user experience. This role offers the chance to shape digital strategy and support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company websites using WordPress and custom code
• Improve UI/UX, page speed, responsiveness, and navigation
• Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to boost search rankings and conversions
• Create new pages, features, and integrations for new services and locations
• Ensure websites are secure, stable, and regularly backed up
• Support automation projects such as booking system integrations, data dashboards, and CRM links

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization
• Experience with booking systems or healthcare platforms (desirable)
