Qualifications

• Experience of caring for disabled adults through paid work or informal experience.

• Able to undertake manual handling training and carry out safe lifting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the warehouse for disabled adults.
• Manage the operation of shredding and baling machinery.
• Serve customers and schedule collections/deliveries with the van driver.
• Act as a first aider and manage risks in the warehouse.
• Perform limited admin tasks, answering phones and checking emails.
