Job description

Pallant House Gallery is recruiting an energetic and proactive Visitor Services Assistant (VSA) to join our busy and friendly team. The Front of House Visitor Services team contributes to the Gallery’s all‑round visitor experience, helping to ensure excellent customer service with a warm welcome. As the first point of contact for visitors, our Visitor Services Assistants are important ambassadors for the Gallery and play a significant role in upholding the Gallery’s brand and values.

This is a full‑time, permanent contract (although part‑time hours may be considered) to include a minimum of one weekend day per week.

The deadline for applications is 12pm on Monday 26 January 2026.
