Job description
Vice President, Full‑Stack Engineer – Talent Pool
  • Experience as a C# .NET developer designing, building, and innovating with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET and C# latest releases; expertise in design patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, and various architectural patterns.
  • Proficiency in TDD, Continuous Integration, Automation tools, and Agile delivery (preferably Scrum).
  • Experience delivering high‑volume, highly available enterprise applications and working with database design.
  • Ability to analyze designs and code critically, provide constructive feedback, and create detailed documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Deliver highly complex, scalable, and robust software solutions with a focus on quality and reliability.

  • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and team expertise.
  • Collaborate with the team and wider community to cultivate Agile mindsets, driving effective and adaptive workflows.
  • Partner with Development and Architecture teams to define, develop, and implement best practices and standards.
  • Support the deployment and adoption of new tools and applications aimed at improving development efficiency and effectiveness.
