  • The main hub benefits from newly installed DR X‑ray, dental X‑ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, and blood gas machines
  • 24‑hour on‑site nurse‑led inpatient care (Monday–Friday)
  • Strong team of 12 vets, including certificate holders in Medicine and Radiology, plus visiting Specialists
  • Surgical mentorship available from a CertAVP holder to support further surgical development

The team is proud of its collaborative spirit, combining clinical freedom with excellent peer support and a shared commitment to exceptional patient care.

  • True work‑life balance: Protected admin time, no skipped breaks, and a structured working day
  • Career development: Fully supported certificate funding and opportunities to lead or specialise
  • Family‑friendly approach: Flexible working patterns to suit individual needs
  • A great place to work: From team socials to optional dog walks and comfortable downtime spaces at each branch
The Role
  • Salary up to £65,000 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience and surgical interest
  • Full‑time (4‑day week) or part‑time considered – flexible working options available
  • Saturday rota: 1 in 5
  • Inpatient‑only on‑call support: 1 in 6 (Monday–Friday only, no nights or weekends)
  • Dedicated night RVN on‑site for routine inpatient care
  • 8:45am start, last appointment 6:15pm
