Overview

Position: Sow Farm Animal Caretaker

Responsibilities

• Providing feed and water, and a daily observation of every animal
• Tending to newborn piglets
• Breeding and pregnancy checking
• Ensuring proper environmental conditions
• Light facility maintenance including rotating power washing responsibilities
• All duties completed while adhering to Iowa Select Farms policies and procedures

Compensation

• Full-time: $20 per hour
• One-time retention bonus of $1,000 given after your 2nd and 3rd year of employment
