• Experience in estimating/commercial/procurement roles for Construction or Civil Engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, estimating, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process on major and complex tenders.
• Produce accurate estimates, cost plans, and budgets.
• Manage Design & Build tender requirements and coordinate with external designers.
• Work across multiple tenders and collaborate with the bid team.
• Support and lead members of the estimating team.
