Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

Join us at Esland as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in children's lives. This role offers a rewarding career in residential care.

Position Details

Location: Oakwood House - Derby

Salary: £32,644 - £34,824 per year (based on 8 sleeps per month, hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.00). Opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

Hours: 173 hours/month, with shifts typically 2 days on, 3 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance. 24/7 service due to nature of work.

Essential Requirements
  • Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare and experience in Children’s Residential Care.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.
