You Will:

• Build predictive machine learning models formolecules andvalidatestate-of-the-artmethods to accelerate discovery and expand our Auto ML pipelines.
• Curate and prepare datasets for computational drug discovery applications (e.g., training ML models and data pipelines).
• Work closely with theplatform andproduct team and customers to discover, design, and deliver user-centric solutions that meetuserneeds.
• Prepare technical papers and presentations.

• Demonstrable expertise in state-of-the-art molecular AI (PhD, Postdoc, or industry experience)
• Strong engineering skills with hands-on experience in ML Ops pipelines, CI/CD, and AutoML frameworks.
• Effective collaboration in interdisciplinary teams to deliver actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

• Publications in peer-reviewed journals related to property prediction,
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments
• Contributions to open-source scientific software (e.g., RDKit, OpenMM, PyTorch or related tools)
