Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative in social housing or property maintenance.
• Understanding of Health & Safety, RAMS, and compliance processes.
• CSCS card and supervisory safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of operatives delivering repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular monitoring and site visits.
