We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:

What does the role involve?

  1. Achieve a high standard of care.
  2. Lead the care team to deliver positive outcomes for residents.
  3. Maintain effective verbal and written communication, including accurate reporting on residents and informing the senior care team of daily changes.
  4. Ensure care procedures are carried out according to policy.
  5. Be responsible for ordering, administering, and recording medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
  6. Provide personal care for residents, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  7. Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.
  8. Conduct staff supervision and appraisals within the allocated team or unit.
  9. Implement routine and procedural changes as agreed with the Manager.
  10. Assess prospective clients/residents.
  11. Complete duty rotas as necessary.
  12. Carry out internal quality audits as agreed with the Manager.
  13. Participate in the training and development of all staff grades.
  14. Assist the Manager in working within the budget, mainly as Deputy Manager responsibilities.
