Are you an established professional in the construction or KBB sector with a strong background in specification sales? LIXIL EMENA is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Specification Manager to join our Projects UK team and represent our internationally respected brand, GROHE.

This role is suited to someone with deep industry knowledge, strong technical understanding, and a proven ability to influence specifications within complex project environments. You’ll be handling high-value customer relationships, managing multi-stakeholder decision chains and driving specification-led growth.

About the Role

As Specification Manager, you’ll take ownership of specification activities across the hospitality, residential, and A&D (architecture & design) sectors. You will be responsible for securing and protecting GROHE specifications across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex, and West London, ensuring they are retained through to order and delivered successfully.

You will also collaborate with our commercial merchant partners to maximise value, jointly manage project pipelines, and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Gain and protect specifications through architects, designers, developers and contractors

Identify complex projects early and navigate multi-layered decision processes

Promote GROHE’s technical and value proposition to contractors, consultants, installers and merchants

Co-manage projects with commercial merchant accounts to increase sales turnover

Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) with accurate and timely project data

Generate and convert pipeline opportunities using tools such as ABI

Deliver CPDs and represent GROHE at industry events and exhibitions

Ensure a high standard of project delivery and customer satisfaction

Submit monthly reports as required

Work cross-functionally to support broader business objectives

About You

Proven experience in a project-based role within construction, sanitaryware, KBB, or similar built environment

Strong track record in specification sales

In-depth knowledge of residential new build and/or hospitality project environments

Excellent technical product understanding, ideally including bathroom fixtures

Strong account management skills and ability to develop long-term relationships

Confident presenting CPDs to A&D professionals

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly desirable)

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
