Qualifications

• In depth knowledge and experience of Desktops and Laptops.
• Experience of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of servers, Networks LAN/WAN, including cloud hosted solutions.
• Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative to achieve results.
• Excellent team player.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers across various Breedon businesses.
• Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems.
• Engage with key customers to identify areas of improvement.
• Proactively monitor systems and networks.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
