New platforms, new behaviours, new audiences, new trends, new technologies, new regulations—our clients’ worlds get more complex daily. Their agency partnerships shouldn’t. It’s our job to cut through the chaos, make the complex simple and navigate a clear path to growth for them.
That’s why we make it our mission to capitalise on complexity for our clients—by crafting dynamic digital solutions that outpace tomorrow’s challenges.
Engage are a full-service sports marketing agency who, since 2012, have helped ambitious governing bodies, sports teams and sponsors become future fit. Operating in the UK, India, Australia and the US, we offer round the clock delivery to sports brands including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Real Madrid, Godolphin, New Zealand Rugby and Formula 1.
Are you the one in your group who always takes the lead in planning? Do you thrive on logistics, love ticking off checklists, and always think two steps ahead? If so, you could be the perfect fit for the Production Coordinator role at Engage.
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join our production team, coordinating a variety of shoots, post-production edits and schedules across a diverse range of sporting clients. One day you might be arranging filming at a stables for our equestrian partners, and the next, sending a producer to the Middle East for an esports tournament.
The position requires a highly organised individual with experience working in either TV or digital/social media and great knowledge of how film shoots work logistically. You will be responsible for taking a filming brief and ensuring our crew have all the camera and production equipment they require, as well as arranging all travel, risk assessments, logistics and budget management.
You will be working across our range of sporting clients, so a passion and knowledge of sport is desirable, as well as experience planning production schedules. Strong people skills and the ability to multitask are necessary. The ideal candidate will be approachable, calm under pressure and will also be thinking one or two steps ahead to ensure our film crews can concentrate on creating engaging content. Filming and post-production edits will vary in scale, so we need someone who will leave no detail to chance and make sure all shoots & workflows are planned comprehensively. Most importantly, you’ll need experience of managing crews and being that central point of contact they can rely on.
Our people make us who we are, so to make sure we attract and retain the best and brightest in the industry, we offer an attractive benefits package.
But not only that, we are the UK’s first carbon neutral agency (a status we have held since 2018), with a serious commitment to monitoring and reducing the impact our work has on the planet across three core sustainability pillars of Greenhouse Gases, Waste & Recycling and Sustainable Consumption.
Finally, we’re proud and committed to being an equal opportunity workplace, providing equal opportunities for all and treating all existing employees and all job applicants in the same way, regardless of their age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity status and marital & civil partnership status.
