Practice Nurse - Twin Oaks Medical Centre

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Practice Nurse to provide high quality, evidence-based care to our patients in our semi-rural GP practice in Bransgore and at our branch surgery in Burley. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, working as part of a small, extremely supportive, professional team.

Key Requirements
  • Qualified nurse, registered with the NMC, with a current active PIN and previous primary care experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide general treatment room duties, including wound care.
  • Supporting the delivery of adult and child immunisations programmes.
  • Provide lifestyle advice and health promotion to support healthy living.
  • Undertake nurse led appointments to support patients with chronic health conditions.
  • Ensure infection control standards are maintained throughout the practice.
