• Must pass background examinations included with training.
• Two or more years as a swim instructor is preferred.
• Experience as a youth sports instructor, camp counselor, or teacher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, discipline, and constructive feedback to staff.
• Interact with parents to discuss student progress.
• Conduct all aquatic-based new hire training.
• Manage all Goldfish Swim Team Coaches.
