Hours per week

This role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part‑time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.

About the role

The PNC Bureau is currently undergoing significant change, and most notably the switch from PNC to a new system called LEDS. An exciting opportunity has presented for a PNC/LEDS Bureau Officer to join the unit to support a dedicated team providing a critical function for the organisation. You will work to the PNC/LEDS Supervisor within Contact Management. As part of the role you will receive support and training to become a subject matter expert for PNC and LEDS, ensuring the bureau is adequately resourced and the team are equipped to be able to perform the role. A hybrid working arrangement is possible, with a presence at Poole Police Station during some of the working week.
