Join our Twinkl Phonics Training team, where you’ll empower educators by delivering engaging training sessions on our DfE-validated Twinkl Phonics SSP programme and Rhino Readers reading scheme. As a Twinkl representative, you will communicate key company messages and support educators in effectively implementing our phonics provision across a range of settings.

We are looking for an inspiring presenter and trainer to create and deliver a range of training for educators across the world. With experience in presenting to teaching professionals, you will be confident, charismatic and able to inspire the room, whilst delivering key messages and sharing the benefits of the Twinkl Phonics SSP programme. You’ll support settings so that they feel confident to embed Twinkl Phonics as their whole-school approach. You will have demonstrated excellent phonics practice in your own classroom and have experience teaching from an SSP programme – although knowledge of Twinkl Phonics is preferred, this can be from any recognised scheme. Your schedule will vary from week to week, requiring travel to schools across England and flexible working hours to accommodate early morning international training sessions and late afternoon/early evening after-school events.

You will be part of a vibrant, fun and friendly team and will be well supported along the way.

  • working with English Hubs to enable them to support settings who are using Twinkl Phonics.

To succeed in the role, you will possess and utilise the following skills:

  • confidence in delivering engaging training sessions, adapting your delivery style for different formats and explaining complex concepts clearly to diverse adult audiences;
  • collaborate effectively with a variety of internal teams to develop our training content;
  • proficiency in digital literacy to confidently deliver training in public-facing digital formats;
  • exceptional relationship management and communication skills to build rapport and maintain professional connections with a range of stakeholders (including school staff, SMTs, parents, and internal colleagues);
  • high levels of adaptability, independence, and flexibility - no two days will be the same!

In this role, you will learn:

  • what the Twinkl Phonics SSP programme contains and how to deliver it effectively;
  • enhanced presentation and delivery skills;
  • how to write and edit content for Twinkl Phonics training;
  • and many more skills and techniques.

You’ll work with:

  • our existing Twinkl Phonics Training team;
  • your Twinkl Phonics Team Leader, who is your line manager;
  • a number of Twinkl Educational Content Leads and the production teams;
  • Twinkl’s Customer Success and Sales teams who support with organising requests and bookings.

We\'re interested in anyone who meets one or a combination of the following:
