Role Overview

As the Digital Content Manager, you will take ownership of content creation and execution across websites and organic social media platforms. This hands‑on role involves writing, planning, and delivering high‑quality, engaging content that drives performance for our clients. You will collaborate with the internal team to ensure messaging aligns with business goals while tracking content success through key performance metrics.

Core Skill Requirements
  • Content Creation: Create compelling, tailored organic social media content that drives engagement and visibility. Ensure all written content is aligned with client brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Plan and execute quarterly organic social media calendars, including ideation and scheduling. Contribute to website content strategies that align with SEO goals and target audience needs. Identify content opportunities, trends, and key topics relevant to our industry.
  • Execution & Delivery: Schedule and publish organic social content across platforms. Monitor and engage with organic social media activity, responding to comments and messages as required.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track and report on organic content and social media performance, including traffic, reach, engagement, and other KPIs. Use insights to refine future content and improve overall performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative and client services, to ensure seamless content execution and alignment with marketing goals.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all website and organic social content.
  • Maintain high standards of written content, focusing on quality, clarity, and value to the audience.>
