New/Used Motorcycle Sales Manager – Chester Road Motorcycles

A basic salary with potential earnings of up to £45,000. Opportunity to work with a long‑established group and stable brand in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced and professional sales manager for our dealership in Shotton. Reporting to the Dealer Principal and working with a close‑knit sales team, you will manage the dealership’s sales team, finance, finance‑related products and automotive warranties to reach and exceed sales targets.

You will resolve any queries from the sales team regarding warranties, service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the motorcycles, offering additional support as required.

To qualify you should ideally live local or be able to commute easily to Shotton. Prior or present experience in motorcycle sales management is highly advantageous, as are a positive and helpful attitude, drive, energy and commitment to pursue every sales. A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.

For the role we are offering:

• Starting basic salary pending experience.
• Uncapped, realistic on‑target earning of up to £45,000 per annum subject to sales performance.
• 22 days annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays (any bank holiday worked you gain a day off in lieu).
• Full manufacturer‑approved training.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Working on a one‑in‑three weekend off basis with a set day off during the week.
