Brentwood School is seeking to appoint a Midday Assistant in our Senior School to act as part of a team responsible for the safety, welfare and good conduct of all students at lunchtime, either outside or within the school if wet. These are permanent, term‑time only positions. The Midday Assistants will work 12.00‑2.00 pm Monday‑Friday, and free lunch will be provided after their working hours. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS INITIALLY A FIXED‑TERM ROLE UNTIL 2ND JULY 2026.

Our Midday Assistants play a key role in ensuring student safety and positive behaviour during lunchtime, following school policies. They supervise key areas, support students, refer injuries to the SAN team, and assist in implementing behaviour procedures while attending relevant training and meetings.
