Mental Health Rehabilitation – Brookhaven & The Hamptons
Bamber Bridge, Preston
£13.45per hour / £26,926per year
7:45am – 7:45pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota

• Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Active Pathways is recruiting a passionate person-centred male mental health support worker! This is an exceptional for an experiencedmental health professional to play a vital role in supporting individuals with enduring complex mental health needs to lead independent, fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you will:

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 12-months care experience
• Experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting
• EExperience of supporting individuals living under a legal framework
• Confidence in building rapport with residents and the wider team.
• A strong understanding of person-centred, quality care.
• A positive, supportive approach with a focus on recovery and inclusion.
