As the Media Developer Storyboarder you’ll support the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver learning that is blended, active and provides customer delight.**Skills and Experience****Requirements*** Demonstrate a passion for training transformation and continuous improvement.* Demonstrate previous experience from a Learning and Development role.* Demonstrate experience of creating media content and using tools such as Rapid Authoring and the MS Office suite.* Have previously designed instructional training using storyboarding.* Demonstrate excellent IT skills with the ability to use in-house systems as well as a wide range of platforms including MS office and use of Sharepoint.* Demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn, collaborate, communicate, demonstrate best practice within the business, customers and the wider team.* Demonstrate attention to detail, a passion for quality, be able to plan, multitask, deliver on time and work independently.* Demonstrate previous experience with development tools such as Learning Management System and Learning Content Management Systems.**Desirable*** ADDIE model and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).* Understanding of Quality Assurance processes.**Responsibilities*** Accountable for all media tasks assigned to you with regards to training transformation.
