Job summary

A healthcare service provider in Greater London is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Make Ready Department. Qualifications

  • Significant recent experience of office or administrative work.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration for the Make Ready Department.
  • Collate information for overtime, annual leave, and sickness processes.
  • Provide advice on service policies and procedures.
