We’re looking for Machine Operatives to join a busy production site in Desborough. This 12‑week temp‑to‑perm role provides full training and excellent prospects for growth.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Operating machinery as part of a team
• Manual handling and production tasks
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
