• Proven experience in leading matrix teams to achieve results in a complex business.
• Proven experience in leading people change initiatives and managing project portfolios within a complex business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, deploy and manage the Learning Change Specialist team.
• Drive the execution of Enterprise and local learning.
• Consult with project leads to design and implement effective learning solutions.
