Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal, technical and planning matters related to the land acquisition process.
• Experience in land acquisition, preferably in a private house building environment.
• Numerate and conversant with land appraisal systems and budgets.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify land opportunities that fit the company's requirements.
• Assess potential land opportunities including appraisals.
• Prepare offers in consultation with internal staff and external parties.
• Maintain formal reporting procedures as required.

Skills

Knowledge of legal matters related to land acquisition
