A leading care provider in the UK is seeking an Inclusive Employment Team Manager to lead a team that supports individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Location:Braintree with travel across Mid Essex

Hours:37 hours a week

Contract: Fixed-term contract ending March 2027

As an Inclusive Employment Team Manager, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and autism, are supported throughout their journey with us and that we are consistent in delivering the best service possible.

You will oversee and work closely with a team of Inclusive Employment Consultants; directing and motivating them to exceed our contractual targets for job outcomes and customers entering and remaining in employment.

About You

To be considered as Inclusive Employment Team Manager, youneed:

  • Strong management skills and experience
  • Demonstrable track record in the delivery of high-quality services for people with alearning disability
  • To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience of being an effective leader and manager in a performancedriven environment.
  • Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
  • To hold the Supported Employment L3 Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
