A leading care provider in the UK is seeking an Inclusive Employment Team Manager to lead a team that supports individuals with learning disabilities and autism. This role focuses on exceeding targets for job outcomes and helping customers enter and remain in employment. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a track record of high-quality service delivery, and the ability to build relationships with employers. Location:Braintree with travel across Mid Essex
Hours:37 hours a week
Contract: Fixed-term contract ending March 2027

As an Inclusive Employment Team Manager, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and autism, are supported throughout their journey with us and that we are consistent in delivering the best service possible.
You will oversee and work closely with a team of Inclusive Employment Consultants; directing and motivating them to exceed our contractual targets for job outcomes and customers entering and remaining in employment.
