About Us

BDP is a leading, global, multidisciplinary design practice united by a shared purpose: to design a world that’s built for good. For more than 60 years, we’ve been solving problems, creating innovative spaces, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

With studios spanning the UK, Ireland, Europe, Asia, and North America, our reach is as broad as our expertise. And since joining forces with Japan’s Nippon Koei in 2016, our ability to deliver integrated, impactful design has only grown stronger.

Our work is rooted in creativity, quality, and collaboration. We believe that great design removes barriers and opens new possibilities, all while meeting the demands of a constantly evolving world. Whether we’re designing homes, workplaces, or public spaces, we always put people at the heart of our thinking, ensuring that the environments we create are not just functional, but also inclusive, beautiful, and socially and environmentally responsible.

About You
  • You will have a degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • You will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual communication.
  • You will have an attractive hand‑drawing style or the ability to rapidly develop compelling 3D visualisations that inspire clients and teams.
  • You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and AutoCAD.
  • You will be skilled in 2D and 3D drafting tools, with a curiosity for emerging technologies such as AI and Revit, and a willingness to explore innovative workflows.
  • You will ideally have experience with Revit, Grasshopper, or Rhino.
  • You will have detailed knowledge of Landscape Design and a passion for creating places that are high‑quality, inclusive, and environmentally responsible.
  • You will be results‑driven, enjoy challenging opportunities, have a positive attitude, and be resourceful.
  • You will be organised, able to work to and achieve tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds.
  • You will have a high degree of integrity, respect, and sense of responsibility.
  • You will be keen to develop your personal and professional skills in a supportive environment.
