• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising others.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.
• Review accounts for clients to ensure files are ready for partner review.
• Support junior team members in preparing accounts.
• Handle accounting, taxation, and VAT queries.
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Coach and mentor trainees.
