Qualifications

• Previous experience of basic trades e.g. plumbing/joinery/painting.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Able to monitor contractors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operates as part of the estates team in the care and security of college buildings.
• Supports the Team Leader in daily operations of college sites.
• Ensures high levels of health and safety on nominated sites.
