Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on, technically skilled individual with experience in distribution and warehouse IT systems. This role is ideal for someone coming from an IT support function within a mid‑to‑large distribution or warehouse environment, or a 3rd line support/junior consultant background for ERP/WMS solutions.

You will play a key role in our business transformation project, leading the definition of Operations functional requirements, creating specifications, and managing configuration and testing during the initial implementation phase. Post go‑live, you will take ownership of system administration and maintenance, supporting all operational facilities across the group.

What you will be doing

• Lead operational requirements gathering절 and translate them into system specifications.
• Configure and maintain ERP/WMS settings, including:
• Warehouse rules and processes
• Labelling and उसको printing setups
• Support system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct functional testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for operational teams.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to understand workflows and ensure system alignment.
• Act as the primary liaison between operations and IT for system‑related issues

Naturally you will understand distribution operational workflows and will already have knowledge of WMS platformsће such as Acumatica, Snap Fulfil, etc. You will be an analytical thinker, used to working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
