The Impact You’ll Make:

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with finance leaders across Corporate, NHS, and Local Government sectors to:

  • Build trust-based relationships through a consultative, customer-first approach
  • Understand complex financial challenges and translate them into tailored solution strategies
  • Lead compelling presentations that connect our solutions to measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with our marketing, business development, and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals
  • Help organizations protect their financial integrity and optimize their financial operations
  • Contribute to our continuous innovation by bringing customer insights back to our product teams
What Success Looks Like:
  • You’ll consistently meet or exceed revenue targets (with OTE £120K+)
  • Your customers will become advocates and references for FISCAL
  • You’ll contribute to our collaborative sales culture by sharing best practices
  • You’ll grow professionally through our comprehensive training and advancement opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven success in B2B solution selling with a consultative, customer-first approach
  • Experience building relationships and C-suite executives
  • Strong business acumen and commercial skills
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re as good at listening as you are at presenting
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to help customers succeed
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern sales tools
