Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• Proven experience typically associated with 5 or more years in an engineering role within a maritime, energy and offshore manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as additive manufacturing, automation, robotics, advanced materials, etc.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within the organization.
• Strong diligence and a purposeful mindset.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., DNV, API, and ASME).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of manufacturing projects from conception to execution.
• Collaborate with project engineers to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure resources are available.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to project implementation.
• Provide regular reporting on the projects and program.
• Collaborate with the QA team to implement quality control measures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress and outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team.
• Drive relations with relevant class societies and regulatory bodies.
• Regularly share updates and knowledge related to the WAAM program.
