Qualifications

• Verifiable experience in quality assurance across apprenticeship programmes.
• Strong understanding of awarding organisation, EPAO, and Ofsted requirements.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and quality assure the work of tutors and training officers.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff.
• Lead external quality assurance visits.
• Produce clear, accurate reports and action plans.
