Responsibilities

• Assisting the team with ongoing updates of firmwide data and fund collateral.
• Liaising between the GCG team and other teams within the business.
• Coordinating completion of investor and prospect firmwide questionnaires.
• Organising and maintaining the RFP database.
• Responding to data requests from clients and auditors.
• Maintaining the firm’s CRM system for accuracy.
• Supporting Business Development team with meeting preparation.
• Assisting with month-end and quarterly reporting.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across reporting platforms.
• Identifying and improving workflows and inefficiencies.
• Ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.
