• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
• Proven experience delivering building services projects in consultancy.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Commercial awareness and project cost control experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical or electrical design process from concept to completion.
• Oversee production of calculations, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Manage project delivery, including resource planning and quality assurance.
• Conduct site inspections and support construction-stage activities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers.
