• Commercially minded analyst using data to influence decisions.
• Experience generating customer insight for stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all business levels.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analysing and interpreting customer data.
• Building, maintaining and optimising dashboards.
• Developing and maintaining customer segmentation models.
• Acting as a Super User of Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Monitoring and analysing customer feedback.
• Building predictive models for customer behaviour.
• Partnering with customer service and marketing teams.

Strong SQL skills
