A leading creative agency in Greater London is looking for a Senior Designer to join their Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in a creative agency and a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional craft and conceptual thinking. Responsibilities include collaborating on brand experiences and mentoring junior designers. The position offers a salary of £60–70k, flexible working arrangements, and various benefits including 25 days of annual leave and a pension plan.
Built for today’s world — where brand, customer experience and commercial impact collide. Founded by some of the industry’s most respected creative and strategic leaders, this agency has quickly earned a reputation for work that’s as beautifully crafted as it is highly effective.
They tackle real business challenges with sharp thinking, smart strategy and design that genuinely changes how brands are seen and experienced. This isn’t decoration-for-decoration’s sake — it’s work that connects with people and delivers measurable impact. If you’re drawn to ambitious, thoughtful creative that lives in the real world (not just on moodboards), you’ll feel right at home.
They’re now looking for a Senior Designer to join their growing Customer Experience team — someone who instinctively understands how design influences behaviour and knows how to use craft, clarity and creativity to shape how people think, feel and act.
This role is perfect for a designer who loves variety: working across digital, brand, experiential and everything in between, and who thrives on turning smart ideas into beautifully executed work.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, account teams, fellow designers and clients to create seamless brand experiences across multiple touchpoints. One day you might be refining a digital journey; the next, shaping a new visual system or developing a concept that stretches across platforms. You’ll bring fresh thinking to every brief, pushing beyond the obvious and helping the team continually raise the bar.
You’ll also be confident articulating your ideas — presenting clearly, explaining your design decisions with conviction, and contributing meaningfully to conversations that shape the direction of the work. As a senior member of the team, you’ll naturally mentor and support junior designers, helping foster an environment where both the work and the people keep getting better.
You’ll likely have 5–7 years’ experience in a creative agency or CX-focused environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and strong conceptual thinking. You’re comfortable working across branding, motion, UI and digital, and you know how to bring ideas to life through mockups, prototypes and animation.
You understand how to balance creativity with commercial impact — making work that’s exciting, but also effective. You’re highly confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and experienced designing across a range of touchpoints including web, mobile, apps, experiential, in‑store and print. You’re comfortable owning your work, presenting to clients, and taking responsibility for delivering consistently high-quality outcomes.
The role is based in London, with a preference for spending 2–3 days per week in the office, while still offering flexibility to work from home when needed. It’s a grown‑up, trust‑based environment focused on doing great work.
Alongside a £60–70k salary, you’ll enjoy flexible working (3 days onsite per week), clear opportunities for growth and mentorship, and a strong benefits package including pension, medicash plan, life insurance, income protection, a flexible holiday policy, 25 days’ annual leave plus your birthday off.
