LCV Workshop Controller

Salary: £19 Location: Leicester Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 40

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated LCV Technician Supervisor to lead a skilled team in delivering outstanding vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilitiesiquerisch

• Lead, support, and supervise a team of LCV technicians in the workshop.
• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a range of light commercial vehicles.
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and ensure compliance with H&S regulations and Renault Trucks standards.
• Liaise with Dealer Point Manager and Workshop Controller to plan workload and meet customer expectations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an LCV Technician (Level 3 qualified or equivalent).

• Leadership experience or desire to step into a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
